The company offered no assistance or route for personal growth.
I felt stuck after a year with no end in sight.
Management disregarded my suggestions to improve processes related to my position.
Pay was competitive and in-line with market rates, however you were expected to expand into other areas, the work was high-stress, and ultimately was not worth what was offered. You CANNOT make any errors or they'll use every bit of it against you.
No solid information system to onboard new employees. Everything was passed down orally by the supervisor, and then coworkers, which often led to confusion on how to perform specific parts of a task.
The workload was manageable but varied on a day-to-day basis, which meant either extremely busy or extremely slow days. Supposedly, things have only become busier with time with little changes made to the processes and protocols of the company.
