Decent place to work and good culture

Sometime can be a bit chaotic

Its a friendly environment and not too fast paced. So you get a chance to improve your skills and build other things. The work can get creative sometimes and gives you a chance to work with the other departments to make cool stuff.

Most projects can be very similar so it can get boring sometimes. Project organisation across the company is pretty poor so we don't always get everything we require to do a good job.
