They used to have the best people in the company, used to have the best work life balance, many were there for at least 10-20 years but that was history
Cons
They are undergoing restructuring, and have engaged the worst possible consultants and managers to implement the changes. The managers were incapable, rude, and have resulted in many resignations. Changes they implemented has yield negative results and they have absolutely zero people skills. To make things worse, management and HR were supportive of the rude managers and their actions, leaving the employees no choice but to leave the company. This is evident by the number of people they are hiring at the moment, that is not because they are expanding, the reason is there are that many people who have resigned.
