Great startup with a lot of potential - Anonymous employee Cellares Employee Review

Cellares is working in the Cell Therapy space and I believe has a lot of potential to make an impact in this field. I have greatly enjoyed my first year here. Everyone has been extremely positive and great to work with from the top down, including leadership and fellow individual contributors. As an engineer, I feel that my opinion is valued, that I am able to make a meaningful contribution to the development effort, and that I have an opportunity to learn and grow in my career. I have really appreciated working in a cross-discipline environment, where on a day-to-day basis I am interacting with and learning from talented scientists, engineers and business leaders. One aspect of Cellares which I think may be relatively unique in the startup world is that the leadership has been very transparent and open, willing to answer any questions we have and keeping employees informed on the business side of operations. Overall, I highly recommend Cellares, and can't wait to see us grow!
