      Lack of processes, and roles and responsibility. Leadership needs improvement from the very top to the mid-level.

      Salary was good and vacation policy.

      Cons

      Some coworkers are two faced. Nice to your face and stab you in the back otherwise. Unfortunately the management listen to them which keeps the day to day operations in chaos.
