Lots of general technologies being used.

I cant recall any cons

No positive in this company

No one is paid for three months in a 13 year old MNC due to shortage of funds. Then all of sudden, the Leadership of Company decides to cut down the expenses (which expenses ??, salary is anyways not paid). Think Tank spend reasonable time to plan, and decide to fire persons, (albeit in reverse direction then usual), i.e. bottom 14 persons of company. Impact on company Salary budget: 10% Impact on work: 0% (kids had diligently done enough documentation in good spirits) Company wasn't of usual pyramid shape, but a Pear shaped company, with almost five bosses for one worker. With bottom gone, it would be a pyramid hopefully Good thing: All those terminated people are given three months notice, and commitment to pay till their last day in company.... (But who would pay for it.... Is someone expecting a change in Leadership soon ???) My thoughts are with those who worked hard, waited long (even finished their PF Money/retirement fund), and eventually paying price for being honest contributor..
