Pros
I continue to stay at CST because my role is exciting, challenging, and results in a positive change in the world. Also, I have the freedom to do my job. I am allowed to set my schedule and I get to decide how my work should be done. Plus, the benefits are incredible.
Cons
The company is not huge so there are not the role openings that you would find in a large organization but management is open to creative ideas to expand roles and increase individual skill sets.
