Pros

Some pockets of smart (and good) employees within the company. Potential large TAM.

Cons

Celigo’s C Team struggles with setting a vision, plan and strategy that will achieve their goals and targets. The goals set are basically unattainable, and strategy will constantly changes throughout the year. They prefer to operate like a start-up. Nepotism is extreme and company-wide. There is mid to senior management that has been brought in that don’t really have the expertise for their roles. Experienced employees and leaders are pushed out to accommodate bringing them in. This creates lots of politics that waste time and resources instead of driving result and efficiency. There is no job security at Celigo given cuts / layoffs. Even worse, there are cases where employees are hired (who are performing) but then let go in short order within 3-4 months.
