Pros
-If you're starting your professional career/ finishing your studies this is a nice place. You'll be in a good environment to learn, with a lot of different areas (services, product) inside telco. - Good environment, great people there;
Cons
-There's no career path and your salary probably will be the same forever. If you're junior, you should be looking for a different path to you after an year. If you're senior, try negotiate well in the moment that you're joining into the company. -There's no recognition for the people who work hard neither a requirement for more to the people who slack => unfair salary table. -No budget for real training sessions.
