      Onsite People are nice and hard working for the majority Good benefits and decent base pay Facility is well kept and secure

      Cons

      Very hard to get a raise beyond the 2% inflation increase Corporate stonewalls change, even change that saves money/time High Turnover leads to overwork

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
