Good salary, great potential for very high commission, good benefits, and a lot of autonomy to get the job done. One of the highest potential sales compensation numbers in the industry. Great people below management at this company. No one cares how much you work as long as your numbers are good.
Cons
The company changes direction every six months which upsets customers immensely. This causes the blame to fall on you and the office often will not want to deal with you again. Only two reps have worked here more than four years so there is a lot of turnover. More pressure here than anywhere on a DAILY basis to get your numbers up. When you leave to go to another sales job forget about going back into those offices you offended. No work/life balance. Just laid 15% of company off and more to come.
