Total chaos and disorganization, management and directors carry their own departmental agenda, they cannot agree on any common organizational goals, changing them daily and hourly, therefore, giving confusing and contradicting instructions to team members. Very low team morale in general. Management will not hesitate to make you the scapegoat for any mistakes and decisions you had no power over - CYA. Management and directors clearly have their favorites while they ignore others more skilled and qualified candidates for the positions. Lots of long hours go unrecognized
