Pros

You get to sit at a desk lol that's about it.

Cons

Low Pay for the work you do. They constantly watch you almost like they are breathing down your neck. They nitpick with hard workers. They will have you train to learn everything with no pay raise. They rush you to do multiple things at once. Management has favorites. No support from team or managers. One day training when you first start. You are expected to stay on the line when a client or customer is cursing you out. Long Phone calls. No room For Growth.
