Great for politics savvy individuals - Associate Cebile Capital Employee Review

Cebile was a terrific place to begin my private equity career. Managing Partner is inspirational, fair and direct in all her dealings. I learnt a lot and my work flow was varied, interesting, challenging. Training comprised of a traditional online course and on-the-job experience. The culture was very entrepreneurial with the attitude being “if you see something needs to be done better, come up with a plan to get it done”. Focus is on execution and exceptional client service to both GPs and LPs. I also had a great opportunity to speak to lots of investors. Comp is market standard for base salaries and the ability to make multiples on the bonus.

I would have liked to join senior team on some of the roadshows.

I had the opportunity to join Cebile as an Analyst. The exposure, mentorship and friendships you develop are fantastic. As soon as I joined, I was paired with a Principal to shadow and learn from. I was taken along to meetings and participated in client calls. Unlike most other Analyst positions, the work was meaningful and impactful. The work actually was delivered to the client and you saw, first hand, how it was received and taken forward. The senior people are thorough professionals. They were always kind and constructive, taking the time to explain things as we went along. Finally, I loved the international/ global nature of the work.

They’ve outgrown the office but I believe they’re now moving.
