Pros
Excellent sales training, weather you stay with this company or take the training elsewhere--the skills you learn here will open doors. Also, Great compensation for an entry level job and a really fun young work environment. Ive never been around a more fun and outgoing bunch of people.
Cons
For starters, realize this is an aggressive outside sales J-O-B. We hire lots of recent college grads who go on field rides and love the young fun environment, but forget to notice how hard the work is. Then quickly get disillusioned when they see the realities of the job. This job is door-to-door outside sales. You will spend 12 hours a day at work. Lots of micromanagement (if you have a hard time taking criticism, this isnt the job for you) This is also a very young company, working out alot of kinks and its not a long term sales job. You wont be develop many skills after the first 4-5 months because their sales model is built around 'new hire' trainings. Its also not a long term/career job. ( the annual employee turnover rate hovers at about 87% and the average rep only lasts about 3 mos) So if you can handle the work load and keep your chin up, you'll come out with a great set of sales skills and the ability to handle yourself professionally, and be able to get a much better job.
