Pros
Present in multiple countries. Do provide good perks. Very diverse employees. Majority of them are based out of LTAM.
Cons
Don’t believe what they tell you. Hiring and firing is an easy task for them, they will drop you in the blink of an eye, making up some fake stuff. Mostly the top management is people from LTAM, who are no doubt good but doesn’t understand the way North Americans work. They will say they are a great place to work but tech people, don’t believe them. They will throw you on several projects at the same time and expect you to achieve 100% CSAT, and if you won’t, they will kick you out of the company with just a warning. You have little to no scope of mistakes. Sometimes context switching becomes a bottle neck and so overwhelming. You are better off somewhere else with some stability. Seems like someone’s manager can decide who to keep and who not to. Conflict management is a joke.
