Stressful working with kiddos
Hard not to be able to help as many families as possible
On admin side we have to go between therapists and families and that can be really demanding
Emotionally draining, not a lot of support. Not a lot of training. They throw you in the job and expect everything to be correct when you’re still learning. Very small and sometimes disorganized. Shows favoritism among staff.
