If you kiss butt to management then you'll be a complete gem in their eyes. Otherwise, be prepared to be let go. Worked in the Boutique and VIP department and the manager was very hard to understand. Was from Mexico with a very strong foreign accent. You would think for someone who lived in the USA for more than 5 years would work on being understood to the american public. Just to show you how ignorant their permanent traveling staff is.
