      Pros

      Great leadership, very transparent. Small team works well together and has great company dynamic. Very flexible work environment, leaders trust you to do your job without extensive oversight. Very accommodating during the pandemic. Great healthcare & PTO benefits.

      Cons

      Nature of a small nonprofit means there is limited growth opportunities. A few people wear many hats. Work pace can be fast at times. Friendly work environment actively working on diversity & inclusion, but currently very white.

      Pros

      I had a wonderful time interning with such an amazing group of people who care so much about our community! Definitely recommend if you are into non profit! Even as an intern they let me work on actual projects which I learned so much from!
