Very warm and friendly environment. People really care about the clients. It is a casual environment and you don't have to dress up. Employees come from all over the world and that makes it very fun and interesting.

There is very little opportunity to advance in your career here and virtually no recognition for a job well done. Raises are rare. On the other hand, they seem okay keeping "dead wood" and some managers are very weak.
