The people, mission, and benefit package were wonderful.

Some departments worked very lean, and there wasn't always room for advancement.

Company Values were faith based - each meeting began with a reflection.

Petty, devious, manipulative administrative staff. Made it difficult to get the job done due to one admin who knew she had ear of VP. She was vicious in her dealings and brought her very personal issues to work and wanted everyone to listen to her soap opera life. Very unprofessional and deceptive person.
