Busy, understaffed & toxic upper management - Sales Catering Project Employee Review

Work location in Glebe is good. Some direct line managers, supervisors and colleagues were OK to work with. The nice and good people unfortunately did not stay long.

The worst company culture plus the worst upper management team. A lot and a lot of bullying, lying to and blaming to staff from upper management. They would step on you without hesitation to get ahead. This business is also known under the name of TPP Hospitality Group or J & Co. Dont get scammed. They are the same. Many many mid level management staff turnovers. Some stepped out days or weeks after starting. If you are good, look else where and saving your disgusts later.

It has a flat structure with less hierarchy, and colleagues are easy to work with.

The company is growing fast but does not have an attractive employee benefit package.
