Pros
- Fun colleagues, they are all foodies - Outstanding client profiles - A lot of free food/ snacks - Good media exposure in lifestyle & travel sectors
Cons
- Poor Management - Hired people with no management experience to takeover the management roles - Bias & Favoritism - Expats/ native English speakers had more advantages at work, even though the fact the company mainly dealt with local clients and media - No Career Progression - You only get promoted when they suspect you are going to quit; Very unclear career terms and progression - No Tech Support - The gadgets in the office are stuck in time, with old PCs, small monitors, dirty keyboards and mouses; Still using manually entered-excel sheets as database - High expectations for the employee but offer low salary - Salary is low compare with other agencies, year-end bonus is less than 1 month salary - No flexibility - no flexible working hrs, no flexible dresscode, no flexible WFH policy
