Pros
The wonderful staff and children you get to work with
Cons
The management doesn't follow through on job promises. I was employed as a teacher's assistant. I asked for a full-time position closer to home. The supervisor stated she would. Summer came, and in mid- July, we were told the only positions available were halfway across the city. It would take more than an hour to get there. We were told no more positions would become available, but upon looking through indeed positions , there was 1 available close to my home. Yet this supervisor never called me, even though she said she would. I was so disappointed, because I had tried to be a conscientious worker last year.So , there I was at the end of July, trying to find a suitable position. The only positions available were prek and special ed, which I have no training for. I had to take a job outside of education. I'm so disappointed in this supervisor.
