4yThank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As the posts are anonymous, I can’t speak to your personal experience but I can say with pride several things seem to be different since your time here.
We’re proud to have won Baton Rouge’s Best Places to Work Award for the past 2 years running.
We have always strived to provide valuable, realistic experiences for interns that prepare them for the professional world. We believe internships allow students to really explore niche areas they want to pursue, especially in an industry as diverse as marketing. While that goal remains the same, our internship program opportunities have adjusted slightly since the pandemic.
Lastly, we’re a small business. Anyone who has ever tried to create something from nothing knows there are challenges along the way. We aren’t always perfect, but we strive for continued improvement. I can always promise to listen to constructive feedback, take it to heart, and make improvements along the way. Our open-door policy and continued feedback opportunities remain in place, especially through the challenging times. I hope the past 2 years’ track record helps show that we put actions to words.
