They say accountability is big to them, but that wasn't the case when I was there. There are some higher ups who avoid it, and then try to throw anyone else under the bus if something goes wrong. I guess that's easy to do when you have so many interns coming and going.
There are some great people who work here, but there are those few who have a good bit of power who abuse it. Just be careful.
They also convince new interns to leave raving reviews on Google and other media soon after they're hired when everything is still fresh and new. Then if anything negative is said, they chalk it up to those reviews being left by disgruntled employees.
I'd say, if you have a chance to intern somewhere else, do it.
