      Pros

      Great location, The majority of the staff is amazing, Incredible CEO who is disruptive to the market.

      Cons

      Interpersonal relationships with a specific shareholder lead to abuse of power within the workplace. There is a strong bias to having an intelligent opinion and offering ideas amongst parts of the sales team.

      Pros

      The systems designed by Dr. Goldberg are phenomenal and patients absolutely the the Archer CSR.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Tough to get through Board for quick decision making sometimes but company is generally great on direction and has great leadership. Smaller company so advancement is difficult.
