Exploitative, disrespectful, casteist, toxic workplace - Associate Catalyst Management Services Employee Review

The worst place I've ever worked, and my experience working with the Catalyst Group, which includes CMS, Vrutti Livelihood Impact Partners, and Swasti, has given me mental health issues and shattered my confidence in ways that still haunt me today. The work environment was toxic, where everyone is expected to work overtime and anyone unwilling is subjected to social punishments or backlash of some sort. Only those who submit themselves and their personal lives to the exploitative demands of the work culture in the organisation are given the opportunity to get ahead. The upper management treats lower level employees like trash, degrading them and ensuring that they never feel seen or heard or safe. The org functions very much like any other corporate but disguises itself as a socially driven entity that's doing good. The workplace is also extremely casteist, and nearly everyone in leadership positions are from so-called upper castes. There is absolutely no regard for the mental health of lower level employees, and many people in the management employ every form of abuse except physical abuse, to ensure that their employees stay subservient.
