      some nice girls in the aero team. good location.

      Cons

      if you don't look a "certain way" they won't accept you or even hire you. i could count with one hand the amount of POC in the aero girls team (3). too many make fake people. lots of work with an unrealistic turn around time. managers were passive aggressive and withheld information from their direct reports that later would affect them. managers don't stand up for their team. if you're not white, don't apply here.
