power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks)
different pay for everyone
cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is,
so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers.
