The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Adequate amount of PTO and suitable medical benefits and 401K. Co-workers were helpful and good resources when needed.

Difficult to receive promotions, as site GM, HR, and Global have to approve. No/very small annual increases. Departments need to hire additional support; again, difficult to get management and global to approve, thus a lot of turnover. Site directors/managers had conflicts between departments. Some would intentionally undermine other department heads if it suited their interest. Two directors have personal relationship, which seems to be conflict of interest.
