Pros

- Open company culture, where employees are largely able to communicate directly with senior management. - Lots of autonomy given to employees to propose and test out solutions to address gaps in the business (minimal red tape). - Can be fast paced if you are driven.

Cons

- Company benefits pale in comparison to most private companies. - Most people managers are not very good at managing, communicating or nurturing their team members. - Pretty clique-ish company culture where there is minimal cross-team mingling except when there are cross-team collaboration required for work.

Pros

Do not let their corporate PPT presentation or structured Greenhouse portal fool you. This company uses an intense 17-page take-home case study to harvest free business consulting. Once you spend days drafting comprehensive solutions for their messy, manual operational bottlenecks, they will completely ghost you. No receipt confirmation, no professional closure.Internally, departments operate like an amateur-hour with a rigid "one person per silo" placeholder structure.

Cons

Compensation packages are severely lowballed, way below market standard. They rely on underpaying young professionals, trapping them under high-pressure PUA tactics, resulting in extremely high employee turnover. If you are an experienced professional, protect your intellectual property. Do not do free work for a company that cheapens skilled labor.
