Pros

You get to travel and work with some great people. This company will hire just about anyone so if you need a job apply.

Cons

In the field engineer position, the average employment time lasts about 1 year. This company is also the opposite of safe and you will be encouraged to “get the job done” There will also be minimal to no breaks, the hiring manager will tell you 8-10 hour days and they are a minimum of 10 and typically 12 hours if you are salary.

Pros

the culture this company has built is unlike any place i have ever been. starting with the interview process they make you feel welcome offer coffee, water a snack etc. the office in Quincy has refreshments every part of the building, a gym, office dogs. It's a work place that i enjoy coming to every day. The leaders do an excellent job taking care of everyone. Pay is very competitive and reasonable. the compensation fits the work load very nicely. don't even get me started on the perks. this place gives away sporting event tickets, weekend getaways in Maine and Vermont, Marha's Vineyard. Also have a castle in Ireland. Coming over to Cashman has been the best decision I have ever made and I never take it for granted.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about this place of employment
