Pros

The quarterly bonuses. Working from home was nice.

There are some managers that are incredibly petty, they have favorites and if you aren't one they will leave you hanging. Especially if you need help they either brush you off or ignore you or offer you half assed help. We capture hundreds of thousands of dollars a day, they absolutely could afford to pay us more but they wouldn't. The inability to stand up to abusive customers, I always felt like my hands were tied if someone wanted to verbally abuse you they were allowed to. I stood up for myself a few times and my call quality scoring really suffered for it. Make sure every call / interaction you have is perfect or they could fire you for not having perfect scores across the board.
