Pros
A dynamic environment which you can learn a lot of financial products and relationship with different agency vendors. The interaction with co-workers in the team is also very good.
Cons
Some of the supervisors don't know how to respect employees. They would ask questions with very negative attitude, seemingly devaluing you in order to show his own value.
