Most of the staff work well as a team, valuing the work of their colleagues in different departments. Most people will find the time to help you when you need it. Good social aspects with team nights out etc. Management does try to keep staff happy (even if they're not always successful). Nice office. Willing to fund additional study for employees.

Not enough staff in the key areas of the business, i.e. analysis. Long hours are required but often unappreciated. Don't expect to have any kind of personal life on a work day. High staff turnover. Salaries lower than the industry average.

The office is very nice, convenient area for all locations. You are able to work without supervision - so if you wanted to go in at 1am you could.

Management is awful. From top down to the lower levels of management. There's no appreciation for the amount of hard work you put in - and sometimes the management can often come across as bullies. For particular parts of the teams there is an awful work life balance. This has been noted multiple times - with a very high turnover of staff in the analytical positions - all with similar reasons for leaving.
