Pros

Coworkers and store level management were great. Customers were customers, mostly great but there are always bad seeds. Day to day tasks were simple.

Cons

The main downfall was corporate, who seemed separated from reality. They kept putting more on our plate while cutting our hours. I started right before the pandemic hit and worked there through the worst of it. Our store only had 9 employees at one point and they wouldn't let us adjust our store hours, even when we were exposed to and eventually contracted Covid. They gave us "hazard pay" for only a few months, far less than how long the pandemic lasted. They also prefer to outside hire rather than promote from within.

Pros

Great coworkers, decent pay, can be a fun environment to work in with the right management team.

Cons

Short staffed in kitchen, nonstop busy, pay could be more, lots to do being kitchen manager and help is limited sometimes. No corporate support leaves teams discouraged.
