Today I came to know about one of my friend who had joined at 15k (on hand) in some company in Surat, I joined at 11k (on hand) in this company. After a year he is working at 26k (In Surat) and I got hike of 2k resulting in 13k. Reason he got might be his company gave his part to him and my company took new floor out of my (and other peoples) hard work. I cant even switch as I have a bond to complete and my friend doesn't have that as well. Even after working at more hours than my friend's, I am suffering with lowest pay possible in this City. He learnt lot of things as well and I just knew 1-2 thing from employer which is also not in market anymore. Ya English classes are there, but reading from my this review, if I need that, then I would like to know about that as well and they are doing only English classes, because management don't know proper English. So these classes are for them only for their personal improvement. They keep saying that we are family. But family is only limited to some Managers, accountants and HRs. People like Developers, Testers, Scrum and Networking are only servants of this family. I came to know, why all companies in Surat are not growing. Cause they are not greedy. Surat is a land of Karna. People tend to give in Surat. Only few this sort of people exist in Surat who are spoiling name of Surat city.
