Ironically the problems you will spend most of your time addressing , will not come from the marketplace, customers or clinicians. They will come from the home office, where decisions too often are disconnected from the people who are responsible for generating the revenue and serving the customers.

Executive leadership often appears disconnected from the realities of the marketplace and the end user, resulting in decisions that leaves many on the field sales team questioning whether customer feedback and sales experience were truly valued. Due to the instability fostered by senior leadership, most employees never feel secure, creating uncertainty even among those who consistently produce results. The company’s flagship product, The Davinci container and tray. Despite being in high demand and a very strong performer in the marketplace, it is repeatedly de-emphasized & de-valued through leadership decisions, including reductions in sales commissions. Leadership actually spends time complaining, out loud directly to the sales force, when that product is sold.
