Pretty laid back environment Work load is not overbearing Most workers are friendly.

CEO is never in the building. The person left in charge is not qualified to efficiently run the clinic (no healthcare experience). Can be stressful because instead of focusing on patient care quality, admin is looking for ways to fire unless you are part of their "clique".
