Management is mostly cocky men. It really lost its magic since I first started. Raises DO NOT HAPPEN. Expect to keep your salary for at least 3-8 years. Bonuses are sometimes okay…definitely the worst this year. We got called back in office too, and they’re not making exceptions for anyone. People don’t want to go in 3-5 days a week and the company knows that. They’re trying to get people to quit, and they’re about to keep mediocre talent and lose hard working people. Even the older people are looking for other jobs.
