Lead operator - Machine Operator Cascades Employee Review

12 hours shifts, work every other weekend. Doesn't matter hard tou work never here a thankyou or good job, management takes credit for your work or knowledge. Management has no idea what there doing, its the blind leading the blind around here. And all the employees are just miserable. Management will yell at you for doing the job the exact way they ordered you to do it cause they can't admit they were wrong.
