Pros
It's the first company that I moved on from that I will actually miss. This is in large part due to leadership caring about the well being of employees as much as they do clients. Other top of mind pros include: -Excellent opportunity to learn the tech space -Excellent opportunity to develop and/or hone your research skills regardless of skill level, as well as growth within a company -Great company culture with equally great co-workers -Nearly impossible to become bored due to the variety of clients and project types -Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 tech companies -Leadership always welcomes and encourages opinions from employees -You're not limited to your focus area. (E.g. you may come in as an analyst and later pivot to sales or marketing if you discover a new affinity) -Flex scheduling available (e.g. 4 10-hour days a week with Fridays off) -Company is stable and seeing success and growth year over year (not even COVID has been an issue)
Cons
While the company is big on people maintaining a healthy work/life balance, occasionally, new projects can come in at inopportune times, temporarily shifting that balance a bit. The company is seeing a lot of positive growth. This issue is likely to resolve itself as more analysts are onboarded and more resources are available that come with having a larger staff.
