Production work is physical but compensated fairly

The people in charge are decent, I've got decent training and opportunities, the wage is above national minimum.

The job can be very demanding physically and mentally and in that hard times its easy to have misunderstandings with others. There are some dangers as well, chemicals and handling of heavy loads are a constant, having to do things quicker to meet the production targets increases the likelihood of an accident.
