Cartasite's Engineering and Operations departments share a floor in the building and have a fully open floor plan, no offices, which keeps collaboration channels open at all levels. And the satellite safety beacon has led to some pretty amazing rescues, including one in Kurdistan. It seems that the whole culture of the company is focused on innovation that makes the world a better place. I love working for a company that does good.
