We respect the voice Glassdoor gives to employees, former employees and prospective employees. As a small company, we understand that this environment isn’t a good fit for everyone and realize that not everyone will enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with the territory. At Cartasite we operate on 3 key values: Integrity, Teamwork & Innovation. We are accountable to our customers, our colleagues and ourselves. We take great pride in these values and believe these are the keys to our success.
At a small company every minute matters, and every individual effort is meaningful. We reward those that embrace the opportunity to own their outcomes and successes, and allow people a supportive atmosphere to fail quickly. At Cartasite we have very low employee turnover, so when we do lose an employee, it isn’t easy. Watching friends and knowledge say goodbye is unfortunately part of doing business, and we wish every former employee continued success.
If one thing here rings true here, is that we can be better at communicating. While it isn't our desire to respond to every review when someone leaves the company, we do feel it is important that people reading these reviews have accurate information. We have promoted 3 of our 40 employees in the last 60 days, none of which are in the sales department (we also haven't let any sales people go in over 2 years). We have put in place several new avenues to share such information. One example of our efforts is illustrated by our weekly company round-ups, where we buy lunch for everyone and provide an open forum for every department share ideas/wins/losses. Weekly round-up attendance is optional, but the feedback from those who attend attest to improvements in communication.
