      remote work , and international position and overall easy and basic programming , dynamic work hours.

      Cons

      very low pay , can't progress as a developer no room for growth and always dealing with the basics .

      Pros

      I've been working for Carson over 2 years now. It's always been a very rewarding job both in terms of personal growth, and career advancement. I take pride in the work that I do with our clients and enjoy the community atmosphere of the company staff. If you are into web development, this is an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Making our clients satisfied is our highest priority, and that can at times be demanding and intense. Working in this field does require a level of understanding of the user base that focuses on education, patience, and kindness.
