      Nice employees, family oriented, new office

      Cons

      Salary & Benefits are poor, received one annual review with no raise or bonus, weak leadership. Not stable (COVID: company seemed to be in financial trouble as they terminated many, this caused turnover: losing talent and consistency). Atmosphere changed, not inspiring or motivating. Everyone on there toes as they didn't know if they would be terminated next.

      Pros

      Loved the opportunity to work on the Eli Lilly dedicated team. Have learned a lot, and developed on my soft skills. Carson is a close knit company that is inclusive and brings a comforting company to work for.

      Cons

      The Eli Lilly dedicated team is in charge of the move mangement. You don't actually get to work on Lilly projects.
