Management at the Wichita location is extremely demanding up to the point that they look down on you if you’re not up to their expectations. They expect greatness but offer terrible training. The company as a whole does not offer and worth while benefits Low PTO High payments for low-to-almost no medical coverage Dental insurance doesn’t even cover adult braces. (Which is widely know for banks to cover at least 25%- 50%) They offer no tuition reimbursement Pay is absolutely ridiculous low. No incentives
