Pros
Benefits are good. Pay is comparable. Work environment can be casual and laid back. They have a lot of perks for employees.
Cons
Management! A lot of people get the job by being there the longest regardless of their credentials. My manager basically moved up the ranks but couldn't manage worth a darn.
