There’s not really much on our end we could work on.

Some knew managers are good, maybe just 1 or two. The supervisors are ok. Some seem to have no qualifications but they treat us like people and not animals. Most of us have a past that involves prison so it’s good to feel like the people I work with don’t judge me.

The top boss in Iowa is abusive, like he doesn’t care if we die he will just get another former prisoner for low pay because he knows we need to pay rent. I hate when I see him, some people will call the office as sick but really they are just sick of him. Under appreciated and low pay. The other workers I can get along with very easily because we all are different but all get treated badly by the one big boss, I don’t want to say his name. I think it’s worse than prison except I can go home. I would spend 10 hours a day back in prison if they paid me the same. Abusive top leadership makes the CO in prison seem like a saint.
